Shipping policy
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Our processing times are generally 1-3 business days whereafter your order will be prepared for shipment.
Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so that you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
When will my order be delivered?
Shipping times range between 5-10 business days. Please note, this time frame begins after the processing time of 1-3 business days is completed.
I entered an incorrect shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase, however, if at all possible we will update and correct the shipping address if you contact us prior to the item being handed to the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we ship across the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii & other US territories.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we offer a 12-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- A return request must be made within 12 days of delivery
After notifying us of your return, the item must be sent back within 12 days of your request approval.

- Reason for return
Once your request is received, we will review it and provide return instructions.
When will I receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
My item came damaged, what should I do?
If you received a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item for us to accept your claim.
